CPD Unit puts Customers First

The CPD Unit has recently gained Customer First accreditation.

The Customer First standard is a rigorous process looking at all aspects of customer contact and service delivery. It is the UK national standard of customer service and ensures that you can be confident of receiving high quality customer care and support.

When dealing with the CPD Unit, you can expect the following:

The CPD Unit were successful in achieving 100% compliance, renewing the accreditation which was first gained in 2007.

CPD Unit Manager Rebecca Dodgson said: “Achieving the standard is a great testament to the quality of service provided by the University. The renewal of this standard is an indication of our continued commitment to our customers which, when combined with the expertise available from the University, is a major advantage for businesses.”
